Description:

Lucid Dreaming (LD) is more popular since Inception came out. Come to this talk to learn more and share your experiences with like-minded people.

I've had lots of lucid dreams since discovering this interesting phenomena 22 years ago. One of the most interesting things you can do is use lucid dreaming to have a dialogue with your own unconscious self.

I hope to share the background of lucid dreaming and scientific basis (for those who care), then move to discuss the How-To and finally discuss some potential applications.

I hope the session will be interactive, so come ready to share your experiences, questions, concerns and ideas!
