Description:

We will gather in a circle promptly at 11:00 for this simple, yet powerful ritual. As a group, we will invoke our Higher Selves...calling the best parts of yourself to be present. Then you will set an intention for the day. This may be something like "my intention is to share my deepest love today" or "my intention is to hug as many people as I can today" or "my intention is to express myself fully to everyone I meet today". Then at the end of the day, you can reflect on how your day was different or shaped due to this exercise...and you will have another tool at your disposal. Repeating this everyday will increase your personal power.
