Mindfulness Meditation

Come sit for a bit and engage in traditional meditation practice. Ground into presence and clear awareness, open with equanimity to what is happening moment-by-moment, and let the energies within you untangle and flow. A guided meditation will help us bring balanced, clear awareness to our breath, body sensations, and thoughts in our minds, with some time afterwards for question and answer, and discussion. Bring a cushion.
