Description:

Laugha Yoga is an ancient yet
new idea of combining the practices of yoga, prolonged intentional
laughter and Radical Forgiveness. This combination is extremely potent
and effective. This dynamic practice energizes, enlivens and brings us
greater confidence. Laughing Yoga has many health benefits among which
are a boost in our immunity and lowering stress levels. Forgiveness is
an ability we can develop to renew our relationship with our self and
others. Laughter is a by-product of the joy and heightened sense of
interconnectedness.
