I woud like to instruct 90-minute yoga sessions with an intention of self-exploration. I do not see myself as a teacher, rather a facilitator who
supports other people's journeys. I allow people room to be present and feel into their bodies, in that each posture is held for an extended period of time. It is not about appearances, our neighbors, the next posture. Each session would include an intention of focus that I would explain before beginning. What is more than being present? Presence itself.
