Description:

Relating from Our True Nature

This workshop is designed to be simultaneously deep and playful. We begin with a deep dive into our truth—our true nature—which is simply a letting go and a knowing of who we always already are, beyond our ideas about ourselves and others: a simple direct undeniable knowing of our clear deep heart-mind-being.
We will ground ourselves in this present moment and connect with our higher self and cultivate our intentions, desires, and wishes for the night.
Using movement, stillness, and humor we bring awareness and acceptance to ourselves and our conditioning.
Through simple spontaneous body movements you embody and express your truth(s) and your true being.
Finally we move into connecting and relating with each other while staying connected with our self. This process will be facilitated with some simple relating exercises and is a chance to see through our ego and conditioned habitual ways of relating and being. We invite a sense of humor to simply seeing ourselves and the conscious and unconscious games we play.
Bringing awareness to our patterns opens the possibility of playing with them and responding from our clear deep heart mind space, rather than reacting. Respond from awareness rather than react from habits. We live from our true nature rather than our conditioning. We dance.
