Unlock the heart, the mind and begin your playa day with us. Jhana will lead a morning meditation session based on True Meditation by Adya Shanti from the Bay area. This is a meditation method that honors primordial silence that is within us. No fancy mantras or visualization techniques or lotus position required. All we need is our sincerity and willingness to close our eyes, breathe and surrender. We will dive deeply into the collective silence allowed by the group and gain new perspectives and vantage points in life. Come join us and let go of the things and ourselves that hindered us.
