Come participate in a sacred womens circle. Join together with your sisters as we explore the theme of violence against women and how to heal from trauma, find our voices and unite in our power. This particular focus is on recovering from violence and understanding the oppression of the feminine in this age. And by understanding that past we can more consciously choose our future as empowered goddesses. This class integrates group and partner activities, reflections and sharing, learning and movement, indigenous spiritual wisdom to help heal women.
