Come to this workshop and we will show you how to achieve the most epic acro poses! Chris Filkins and Jacob Brown will show you how to safely get in and out of the most exquisite l-base, static poses. No partner or previous experience required. We will split into different groups to challenge all levels. Here is an example of one of the moves we will try.
