Bring a friend to our garden, or come make a new one in this acro yoga playshop. To fly and be flown is a gift unlike any other, and a joyful opportunity to connect ever deeper with yourself and others. We will explore several basic mounts for the beginning flyer, and a few intermediate positions for those eager to take major lift-off. Yoga warm up, thai massage, and live music will be a feature of this class. No experience necessary. Bring a mat and a smile :) - Taught by Yoga Instructor Rocky Heron
