This is a partner based workshop that will lead participants from two person poses all the way through four person postures! By lending a helping hand (or foot!), we can attain the full potential of our practice while being supported in our growth. This playful practice is based on human connection, supported growth, and active release techniques to bring you deeper into harmony not only with your own body, but the bodies and hearts of those around you.
