Music, whether experienced as player or listener, can be one of the most powerful modes we have of knowing and expressing the self. In this workshop, we will come together as players, listeners, and human beings to lift our hearts in song. One musician will share his relationship with music as a practice of self-exploration and invite others to share what it means to them. The result will be a mix of song and dialogue -- ideally, a union of the two. No musical experience necessary, just an open mind and heart!
