Description:
So you just ran the Black Rock City Ultramarathon (or maybe, you danced so much you FEEL like you ran 50k) - come and relax with some gentle, restorative yoga. We'll work on opening up those super-tight hips, stretching those hamstrings, and making our body feel all-around good. No, making our body feel pretty excellent.
No yoga experience is necessary. If you have a mat or a towel, bring it. We will have some extras (but not enough for everyone). Bring some water.
This is open to everyone at Burning Man, not just runners.
