You are invited to a special pairing of heart opening practices which invite us to allow more love to flow in, around and through us.
First we enjoy a Tantric Chakra opening Dance where we will feel our place between heaven and Earth through sacred embodied expression
Then in the state of connected bliss Fia will lead us in a heart song circle!
Singing together gives us the space to clear out our energetic field, raise our vibrations and let go of what is no longer serving us. Through singing we can develop deep contact with ourselves, it opens the heart and silence the mind. It connects us with each other and is a way of being present in the now.
About Fia:
Fia Forsström is a singer-/songwriter from Sweden who creates music with a wish to move something inside of you. Lyrics that reflects all of life; here is the beautiful and wild, but also the ugly and uncomfortable. She is driven by evoking thoughts and to inspire. She has a great passion for the healing power of singing and creating spaces where people can meet each other just as they are. After experiencing the enormous joy and energy of chanting circles, singing together without any focus on achievement and instead let the song come from the heart, she wants to open up and invite more people to share that magic.
