Description:

a practice in mindfulness-based stress reduction and an experience in liberation through awareness.starting with the toes of the left foot, take a guided journey up and through every ligament, every bone, the space between your cells, over and under your skin.systematically and intentionally moving your attention through the body, attending to the various sensations and holding space for yourself.if you wish, please bring a mat or a blanket to lie on or under. once the meditation has begun, please do not disturb the journeys of others. thank you for respecting the start time.
