Description:

A class specificly designed to assist the practitioner observe, correct and refine their moves by means of camera video captured at two angles. Participation is voluntary. If a copy of the footage is desired , you must provide a microSD card to transfer it to. Otherwise, the footage will be erased after your viewing. A class beforehand is available at that time if you need to choose some movements to pick from and for practice.
