Description:

We will be bringing our voices together saying Om in sets of three because it feels really good, is calming and grounding, and connects us humans. We will do one large circle, and perhaps break into smaller circles depending on attendence. Midway through the workshop I will add harmonies to the establish Om pitch which will add resonance to the sound. Come get connected to other humans through intense engaged sound.
