The Monks of Funk draw our inspiration from dance and music. For us, it's a form of personal exploration, expression and reflection. Its our way of connecting to others. It can be cathartic and source of joy. We're as serious as we can be about something that makes us positively silly; dance and play is our form of worship. To that end, when we dance, we really mean it. Our Wednesday Night Worship is our annual on Playa dance party that brings friends new and old from across the Playa to 'worship' with us in the Dance Church.
