"A Puja is a devotional offering. In this sacred ceremony we will take off the protective masks we often wear to discover a deep connection with ourselves, our fellow humans, and to life itself. We will be guided through vulnerable, heart opening and playful exercises, rotating to explore with different partners in a safe way. Experiences may include questions, PG touch, breath, and the healing power of being truly seen and heard with unconditional love. You may find there are ways you hold yourself back out of fear, and this will give you an opportunity to open to more freedom so that you can connect to others with trust and joy, celebrating everyone including yourself as a reflection of the divine.
