Small groups. Eye Gaze. Ritualistic undress. Fear inventory. Be painter and canvas. Explore your artist self, vulnerable self, beautiful self.

Form in groups of 2,3,4,5, or 6 people. Begin with a partnered eye gazing for 3 minutes. We do this twice. Switch partners, or keep the same partner. If you don't have a partner (odd groups), just sit with the energy and sensations of those around you. Form a small circle and hold hands. Take a few breaths together. Begin a ritualistic undressing and go around in the circle. For each article of clothing one removes, say any fear aloud to the group. Repeat until all clothes removed. Take a moment to reconnect with your partners through eye contact. Ask permission (consent) to paint on your partner's body. You may switch roles, paint each other and the same time, or decide to stay in one role the entire time. Paint without thinking (Automatism). Just paint. Just be. "
