No fancy clothes, stunning bodies, fat wallets, or yoga experience is necessary. All are welcome! If you like to move, shake, look silly, or laugh join us. Perhaps you’ll see the inner beauty of others or they’ll see yours. As the class progresses, I will remove my clothing. Honor your boundaries, not mine. When you let your little light shine, you may be happier and an inspiration to others.
