Blintzkrieg is a theme camp centered on the ritual of breaking fast to the core of people’s beings by nourishing their tummies and taste buds with delicious and surprising flavors. After a long night on the playa wouldn’t you like a “schmoke und a pancake? No?” Well then, how about a blintz!
What is a blintz? It’s like a crepe, only tastier and more transportable, something quintessential when it comes to all the lightning-quick decisions you have to make on the playa. A blintz is one standard-issue crepe pancake combined with a sweet, cottage cheese-like filling (or a savory potato and onion filling) that is then rolled into a small burrito-like form to fit nicely in the palm of your hand. Delicious!
Come groove with the camp and ask your skilled blintz chefs for the latest flavor, and hang around in our shade structures to meet other hungry travelers. Blintzes will be offered every day from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, or until we’re out of blintzes
