Contact Improvisation is an open-ended exploration of the possibilities of bodies moving in and out of contact. Wild and athletic, or quiet and meditative, it is a dance form open to all bodies and inquisitive minds. At the jam we practice, research and play with other dancers, following our own dance as it flows through the movement constellations we find ourselves in. Facilitated warm up and mixer with Stormbird and LoveGrenade.
