Description:

The sun’s just up, but not too hot; clothing is optional here, so adults only, please. Come for a not too early hour of low-impact exercise in the Longevity Stick Art (LSA) discipline of 12 lo-impact exercises to build balance, flexibility, strength, mental focus, breathing capacity, vitality, & open your points & channels. Bring water or hydration liquid. We have sticks for U. Master Mai Bac Dao developed Longevity Stick Art discipline while he was a prisoner of the North Vietnamese Army. He helped his fellow prisoners restore and maintain health thru LSA, and vowed if he was ever freed, he’d dedicate his life to spread its benefits, with this proviso: No trainer may ever charge for it. (Like "gifting," eh?) He was freed, moved to Southern California, and taught classes of students and future teachers. Today, weekly classes abound in So Cal, around the US, & the world.
