Description:
Vietnamese Iced Coffee Experience (VICE) is eager to return for its 17th year; serving up a delicious hand crafted iced beverage to our dusty fellow participants.
The VICE process requires a minimum of seven servers to boil water, brew each cup, carefully measure sweetened condensed milk in to reusable cups, supervisor participants thoroughly mixing their beverage before adding the appropriate scoop full of ice. We then have a health department approved process for cleaning and returning our utensils to service.
As we serve our beverage in reusable cups our patrons tend to take their time consuming their beverage on premises. We provide and manage bicycle parking to ensure traffic flow and safety. Guests enjoy live entertainment - encouraging the crowd to participate in joke telling, sing alongs, and self-expression etc.
