It's no coincidence that our humble inn and eatery was formed in 1300s England, the same time and place that Cheddar Cheese first appeared. We serve Grilled Cheeses and Virgin Mary’s to wandering Playa Pilgrims and only use top shelf Cheddar to prepare our holy trinity of gooey deliciousness, Grilled Cheeses.
