Description:

We'd like for you to meet and interact with the 6’ tall Japanese intention setting Daruma doll we've built for Burning Man 2017.

Join us at the Daruma for intention setting ceremonies! You are invited to approach the Daruma in groups of two or three, set a personal goal, and demonstrate your commitment to the intention you've set by marking one of the Daruma’s eyes.

From then on, every glimpse of the Daruma as you travel through Black Rock City will remind you of the intention you've set...of your commitment.

Three years from now, we will return with the Daruma to the playa so you will have a chance to fill in the Daruma’s other eye after you've completed your intention / goal. Together, we'll be granting the Daruma vision 20/20 in the year 2020, and then bringing the Daruma to the Temple to burn.
