Join me to take some time to meditate and connect with Spirit/Grace/Great Mystery/Love/God or whatever greater presence you resonate with. This will be a sacred circle where you be led through a guided meditation intended to increase inner freedom and leave you feeling grounded. You will each have time to share whatever you are needing to share to feel heard and appreciated. Then you'll have an opportunity to participate in a couple songs to complete our ritual together. I will weave in earth elements and drumming throughout.
