Drop in, let go, dive deep and open your heart chakra through chanting, live music, mindfulness meditation, and restorative body work with King Ben.
This hour-long workshop is lead by musician and facilitator King Ben at yoga and meditation studios throughout Los Angeles. The intention is to let go of everything but the present moment and consciously choose to let our hearts shine.
