The mission of the Bureau of Erotic Discourse (B.E.D.) is to help people safely and happily navigate the sexual shoals of Black Rock City, to get what they want and avoid what they don’t want. This workshop is called “Clarity and Consent” because it is about clearly communicating desires and boundaries for consensual sexual activity.

The subtitle of this playshop is “Negotiating Sex on the Playa,” so some of the material is about how to get to a positive, consensual agreement. But a negotiation is also successful if it helps to avoid an unwanted outcome, so we also discuss how to convince someone to go away. B.E.D. values the right of individual choice, which includes the right to choose NOT to have sex.

We don’t care what gender you appear to be, or what gender you claim to be, or what kinds of partners you prefer. What matters is communication and consent. All are welcome to attend this "Clarity and Consent Playshop" presented by the Bureau of Erotic Discourse - at RhythmWave!
