You’ll discover some of the ingredients for happy, healthy, loving and intimate Relationships. A Human Awareness Institute presenter leads you through gentle exercises designed to open your heart and allow you to feel more connected with others. You will have the opportunity to peer more deeply into yourself and see ways you may be holding yourself back from fully giving and receiving love, care, support and being seen.
