Condensed beginner-introduction into fundamental palm changes for Cheng Style Baguazhang. Baguazhang serves as one of the primary traditional internal martial arts, sharing with Tai Chi and Xing Yi. Alongside some bagua basics and distinctions of Cheng style over other styles of bagua, this session will focus on the Old 8 Turning Palms, based on the core Mother Palms in the Cheng style. Any levels of experience and skill in the martial arts are welcome, including those who haven’t had any!
