Getting Unstuck: Immediacy and Emotional Flow

Emotional (or motivational) flow is what happens when you're present in your immediate circumstances and connected to what you really want in this moment. It is a foundation for fulfilling, connected, and self-expressed action.
In this experiential workshop we explore how we can use immediacy and to guide us back into a state of emotional and motivational flow. The goal here is to unhitch ourselves from three patterns that block us from flow: rehearsing thoughts, reacting from emotions, and re-referencing emotions. We'll use interactive physical exercises to explore the felt sense "stuck" that these three patterns of being create. Then we'll expand that felt understanding through a guided emotional flow meditation.
The goal of this workshop is not to offer a tool to practice emotional flow in the future, but to create an experiential understanding of how we can meet emotions to return to emotional and motivational flow.
