What a better way to start your day at Burning Man than a Mini Wheats meditation session?
Take a moment to breath in, breath out, feel the power of Now and carry on this mindfulness with you threw your day in the playa.
Take a moment to learn more about mindfulness, the effect of meditation on the brain and happiness.
Neuroscience will help us understand more what happens in the brain when we meditate and are in the present moment.
We will finish the session by burning one resin or plant to clean the spirit.
