Description:

Heat to Cool! Experience the mind-bending cooling method used for centuries in the Sahara where you cool down by drinking hot tea! Your mind won't accept it, but your body sure will! The cooling process is realized by first drinking hot tea, then wrapping a turban tightly around one’s head. This heats the body causing an increase in perspiration, which is absorbed into the turban. The body is then continually cooled throughout the day by the moisture in the turban. Along with the cooling process, the tea ceremony itself is designed to encourage conversation, to enhance all of our experiences together. We will honor this tradition, sharing tea and gifting turbans to all of our guests. So come to share your stories! Come to drink our tea and tell us your tales of transcendence and transgression as we share our own!
