A honey based wine, mead requires a very small investment on your part. The variations of style are endless as you can make mead with fruit, ciders, herbs, different kinds of honey, dry or sweet, (i.e. has remaining sugar), bubbly, (like sparkling wine), or still. We will explain how to make it, and you can sample different varieties we've made and brought to share.
