Come and experience the love and light of Reiki. During the Introduction to Reiki Class I will share an overview of Reiki is and how it works. We will discuss the charkas and corresponding power centers in the body. The group will then experience the healing energy of light and love while participants are walked through a meditation and reiki is shared with the group as a whole. This group is a wonderful way to learn about the basics of reiki and experience it first hand.
