Description:

A fast paced, full body workout through vinyasa asana practice, sequences by a yoga instructor with ADHD for individuals who struggle to stay still or silent, or find traditional meditation lacks stimulation. Moving through poses to upbeat sounds, this yoga class offers a balance of stimulation, full body challenge and a short but sweet ending meditation for the individual who wishes to surrender to their ADHD in yoga practice. All are welcome!
