Description:

Want to avoid muscle injuries while dancing or sore muscles afterwords? Enjoy an hour of having your legs and low back stretched with the aid of a stretching partner and stretching them, too. Bring a yoga belt. No partner necessary. You will partner up with somebody at the beginning of the workshop.
