The Examen Prayer is a technique of prayerful reflection on the events of the day in order to detect the presence of Truth and Love and discern its direction for us. Join us in a moment of presence, where we will stop to breath, examine where we let Truth and Love in over the last day, where we may not have let it in, and renew our intentions and commitments toward Truth and Love for the day to come.
