Description:

Burning Man holds “radical self-reliance” in high esteem, but to many that means so much more than bringing sunscreen, shelter, water and food. We are inviting you to come and discuss the different means of relying on oneself on the playa while living with different abilities. This conversation will be lead by a 3rd year Burner who has a serious autoimmune disorder (Type One Diabetes). Group participation and discussion are greatly encouraged. If you would like to share your alternative means of self-care on playa, we would love to hear them! This is a safe place for the LGBTQ+ community and their allies.
