Breath, let go, release, invite in light and be healed.  This Yin class will have you stretching gently, but deeply along the meridian lines of your body to help you heal and shine from within.  Breathwork will be guided to help you truly relax and release what no longer serves you.  As you surrender into the guided poses two reiki healers will be sharing the reiki energy to anyone and everyone open to it.
