Based on the latest neuroscientific findings on meditation and breathing techniques we will use the four most powerful human emotions at our disposal, forgiveness, repentance, love and gratitude as well as a mixture of breathing techniques inspired by the Wim Hof method and holotropic breathing to dive into the subconscious and rewire our emotional pathways for individual healing and transformation, and ultimately for the good of us all. These workshop will be accompanied by small lecturets on what the Tao, Wu-wei, Alan watts, the stoics, Yoga, Buddhism, psychedelics and Science can teach us about the nature of the mind and how to positively transform society.
