The Elaine Benes Dance Experience – dance classes led by Gumby (our camp’s professionally trained dancer) – to help non-dancers to shed their fears and shake their booty. (The ecstasy of movement comes with doing, this experiential movement session will include instruction with the goal of bypassing the ego and finding judgment-free dance. Dive deep into texture, sensation and quality of movement. Dance improvisation requires no prior technique, just a willingness to play and move. Come prepared to boogie!)
