Are you bored to death of small talk? Tired of talking heads spouting soundbytes? Got something deep inside you that is aching to be spoken? Having trouble finding the words, or amplifying your truth? Or is your eloquence being ignored? At this workshop, we'll go over some yogic and meditative techniques for channelling deeper truths, we'll practice orating to each other, and we may even take a field trip to the nearby soapbox to publicly demonstrate our newfound prowess of speaking our truths.
