If you've never twisted a balloon before, we'll teach you to make a dog. If you've already made a dog, let's make swords, flowers, bears, elephants, and a Hall of Presidents. Extra-small balloons are available for James Madison.

All materials and a moop bag for broken balloons will be provided.
