Description:
Sage Camp will host an immersive salon to lead people into the deep past, at the end of the last ice age, through the cultural adaptations of the native peoples of the Great Basin, settlement, and the rise of Black Rock City. Our camp includes perspectives from geography, anthropology, futurism, photography, and designers of the built world. Using the techniques of forecasting, we will host a discussion of the future of Black Rock, through the near future, into post-climate change scenarios.
