Come play in our beginner Acroyoga workshop! Acroyoga elevates human relationships through movement, connection, and play. In this introductory practice, we will teach the basic elements of acroyoga in a way that is safe, accessible, and fun! We will climb, carry, and lift each other up while fostering communication and trust. No experience necessary. Feel free to bring a partner or come as you are.
