Set an intention, create without criticism while using limited desert/supplied tools, reflect on the experience with stream of consciousness writing, and have the opportunity to share excerpts from your reflection with the group. The only rule for this session is that you can't say anything about the quality of your work or anyone else's making this a truly liberating and child-like creative experience.
