Take a moment to check in with the sensual side of yourself on playa. Dive into your slow, rhythmic breath, listen to sultry music, and find what feels delicious to move in this class. There will be options to move slow or fast during different times of the class to challenge and attune to all levels. If you have props (mat, blanket/towel) please bring. Open your hips, strengthen that core, and take some time to check in with your heart.
